Subscriptions
1. Introduction
Welcome to our subscription-based online training program. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our 6-month and 12-month subscription services ("Subscription"). By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Subscription Commitment and Billing

Contract Term: Our Subscriptions are offered on a fixed-term basis of either six (6) or twelve (12) months ("Contract Term").

Billing: You will be billed on a recurring basis as agreed upon at the time of purchase for the entire duration of your chosen Contract Term.
3. Cancellation and Early Termination Policy

No Cancellation: Your Subscription is a binding commitment for the full duration of the selected Contract Term. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term for any reason, including non-use.

Contract Payout: Should you wish to terminate your contract before the end of the agreed-upon Contract Term, you are required to pay the total remaining balance of your Subscription in a single lump-sum payment. Access to the service will be terminated upon receipt of this final payment. To initiate a contract payout, you must contact our support team.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial-term use, non-use, or early termination requests.
4. Subscription Transferability

Non-Transferable: Your Subscription is for your personal use only. It is strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of your account and service access without a refund.
5. Service and Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

The training programs, meal plans, and all other materials provided as part of the Subscription are the intellectual property of Dan "The Gold Coast Stallion" and are for your personal use only. Unauthorised distribution, reproduction, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Communication and Support
All questions, concerns, support requests, or inquiries regarding your Subscription, billing, or these Terms must be directed in writing to our dedicated support team.
